    NOS (New-Old Stock) oval number plate made by Neal Enterprises.
    Injection molded plastic -
    there are no holes in this place and zip ties are not included
    . You must cut your own holes to mount this plate.

    (this is NOT see-through - but, light passes through and if you put your fingers behind, you can see the outline of your fingers).

    I don't know the age of the plate, but we got them direct from Neal Enterprises and the owner confirms they have not been made in quite a while.
