    Before you buy the same tool from one of the many eBay "stores" for half the price, take a look at their seller rating and feedback percentage, if they do not have 100% positive feedback then 9 times out of 10 you WILL receive a used, refurbished or remanufactured tool, you may receive a different tool than what you had ordered or you may not receive any tool at all, read through their negative and neutral feedback, ignore the positive feedback on these big eBay "stores" as it is very easy to fabricate thousands of positive comments and positive feedback but you cannot remove the negative feedback so 99.9% is the best they can obtain. These eBay "stores" buy pallets of broken, defective and damaged tools that have been returned by customers from Lowe's, Home Depot and others, then they sell them as new on eBay. Have you ever noticed that they all just have one stock photo of the tool they say they are selling? Well that's because if they took pictures of the actual  tool they were going to sell you, Dr you would clearly see that they are selling used as new.
