Chauvet SlimPACK Q12 USB package includes four SlimPAR Q12 USB wash lights, 3 five-foot DMX cables and a custom Gear bag.
The SlimPAR Q12 USB is a low-profile, high-output quad-color (RGBA) LED PAR, which generates a broad spectrum of colors and achieves natural-looking color temperatures with punchy amber LEDs, for venue up-lighting and color washes. It features D-Fi USB technology for instant wireless DMX connectivity. With no moving parts and flicker-free operation, the fixture is ideal for video productions or applications where silence is essential.
The included DMX cables are specifically designed for lighting applications and provide interference-free transmission of DMX signals, even in the most demanding environments. Use the VIP custom gear bag to safely store your kit or easily transport it to your gigs.

How do I return an item? Simply email us within 14 days of receiving the item and tell us you would like to return the item. We will promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt of your item back, we will issue you a FULL refund LESS shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee (Sony products will be 25% re-stocking fee).
This fee helps us ensure we can continue to offer you the best selection and service.
Headphones, microphones, software can't be returned. Oversized items (digital pianos, etc.) can be returned but buyers will be responsible for possible shipping damage when returned.
Product must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Buyers will be responsible for international returns of any kind. All costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty
All products come with manufacturer's warranty and support.
B-Stock or Open box units are also covered under manufacturer's warranty and support.
Gigasonic offers 30 days store warranty. Defective items can be returned for exchange without incurring re-stocking fee.

Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS mail of your choice.
We ship to Military addresses and PO boxes addresses and None Continental US addresses, but they may cost more to ship. Free shipping is normally not available to these addresses.
We do ship some extremely heavy items internationally. Please contact us for shipping quote.
Buyers can visit our store in San Jose for local pickup.
Shipping Times
For Priority Mail please allow at least 6-10 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
For Express Mail please allow at least 3-5 business days to arrive in your country after shipment.
In some cases shipments can take longer than the standard time. This is usually due to customs delay, or some other problem with the delivery service. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipments that do not arrive within a timely manner if we have shipped the item promptly.
