Individual mirrors can become loose and fall off but reattach easily with glue
I opened every unit, provided a battery to ensure it rotated, and re-glued any mirrors that had fallen off (1/2 the shipment arrived intact; when mirrors had fallen off, it ranged from 1-5)
A few mirrors may fall off during shipping to you; please do not order if you mind that or do not want to re-glue any mirrors
